Mid-Senior Construction Lawyers (5-15 PQE)
At SJP, we partner with some of the world’s leading organisations across real estate, infrastructure, construction and the built environment, helping them secure exceptional interim legal talent during periods of transformation, regulatory change and major project delivery.
We are currently supporting a significant upcoming programme of work within the real estate and development sector and are keen to speak with experienced construction and development lawyers who are immediately available or becoming available within the coming weeks.
This is expected to be a substantial, long-term programme requiring multiple interim lawyers, and we are actively building a shortlist of candidates who can mobilise quickly.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re keen to speak with lawyers who have experience across areas including:
• Non-contentious construction
• JCT contracts
• Development agreements
• Licence agreements
• Building safety and remediation projects
• Real estate development
• Infrastructure and regeneration projects
• Construction risk management
• Contract standardisation and process improvement
• External counsel management
Typically, the mandates we support require lawyers with 5-15 years’ PQE gained within leading law firms, developers, contractors, consultancies or sophisticated in-house legal teams.
Particular interest will be given to lawyers who are available immediately, coming to the end of an assignment, between roles, or able to start a new engagement within the next 1-2 months.
