Customer Support & Service Coordinator

Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 dependent on exp

Annual Bonus: EBITDAR performance

Are you an organised, proactive person who enjoys keeping things moving, solving problems and supporting customers?

We are looking for a Customer Support & Service Coordinator to join an aftersales and service team within a successful manufacturing business. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, combining customer service, administration, service coordination and aftersales support.

This administration led role would suit someone with a strong administrative background who takes ownership, uses initiative and naturally stays one step ahead.

The Role – Customer Support & Service Coordinator

You will be a central point of contact for customers and the service team, ensuring enquiries, service visits and aftersales support are managed efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating service engineers’ schedules and managing the service calendar.
  • Handling customer enquiries and aftersales support requests.
  • Managing warranty claims and related administration.
  • Supporting customers with service and maintenance requirements.
  • Escalating customer issues to the appropriate technical teams when required.
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer queries are resolved.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating company systems.
  • Supporting the promotion of service contracts and aftersales offerings.
  • Delivering excellent customer service, particularly when dealing with challenging situations.

Experience Required – Customer Support & Service Coordinator

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in administration, customer service, service coordination or similar role.
  • Experience working in a customer led environment. This could be in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, automotive or a technical environment.
  • Comfortable using business systems and managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong customer-facing experience.
