Private PA (Hybrid) £100k + (West End)
Top Private PA – UHNW Family (Primarily Office Based West End). Visiting the Family home in Central London when required. The family will consider one day of work from home for the right candidate.

This is a fabulous opportunity to join this UHNW family, acting as a core linchpin to the smooth running of the family’s very busy private lives. The role is suited to someone who is calm, considered and professional at all times, highly organised, proactive and used to juggling multiple priorities while maintaining the highest standard of confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and planning of home maintenance at the Principals’ residence, attending on site as required.
- Manage utility bills, family vehicles and other household day‑to‑day requirements for all properties.
- Research and purchase household items for the family as requested.
- Recruit household staff, ensuring their skill sets align with the family’s requirements, principles and values.
- Assist with household accounts and budgets.
- Manage house staff, including rota management.
- Travel management for the Principals and their family members: arrange worldwide and domestic travel, create comprehensive itineraries, book flights, hotels, car parking, car hire and private plane logistics, liaise with the management company, arrange visas and keep passports and other travel documents up to date.
- Be contactable after hours and on weekends when the Principals are travelling abroad.
- Maintain the travel record spreadsheet.
- Manage the Private and Confidential Diary, coordinating the Principals’ diaries with contacts at affiliated companies, family members and other guests.
- Collate and accurately process invoices and expenses.
- Support administrative work for the Principals’ children: liaise with nursery and schools, arrange medical consultations/vaccinations, activities and prepare schedules.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience demonstrating a high level of private PA support, preferably supporting a family with young children.
- Experience coordinating high‑volume complex diary management, meetings (domestic and international) and ever‑changing travel arrangements.
- Some experience managing properties and overseeing maintenance.
- Experience managing event coordination.
- Financially minded with experience managing budgets, ensuring value for money through creative approaches and strong negotiation skills.
- Discreet with a proven track record in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Emotionally intelligent with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Approachable and a real team player, capable of building and maintaining key working relationships.
- Positive outlook, determined approach and ‘can‑do’ attitude.
- Proactive, solution‑focused and capable of anticipating and looking ahead to requirements.
- Motivated to improve current practices with creative problem‑solving.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, flexible approach and proven ability to multitask and work at pace.
