Head of Year

We are recruiting for a Head of Year to joinour staff team.

Responsibilities

• Provide pastoral and welfare support and guidance within the specified year group.
• Work with students to maximize their achievements and attainment across the college.
• Establish excellent relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues and work well within a team.
• Report to the Assistant Headteacher as part of the overall pastoral team managed by the link member of the Senior Management Team.

• Positive and proactive attitude.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain good rapport with students.
