Requirements
- Demonstratable background in ITSM management or leadership in complex service delivery environments
- Experience leading teams, including Service Delivery Managers
- Knowledge of service management tooling, including ServiceNow
- Knowledge of setting up SLAs and OLAs
- ITIL4 Managing Professional, or ITIL V3 Expert with ITIL4 Foundation certification
- Evidence of delivering services to standards such as ISO9001 or ISO2000:1
- Experience setting up ITSM strategy and change management within an established ITSM function
- Strong background in engaging with vendors, suppliers, and third parties
- Eligibility for, or existing, SC clearance

- Oversee service delivery, continual improvement, stakeholder engagement, and customer satisfaction
- Lead and develop a team of service management professionals
- Ensure services are delivered efficiently and meet agreed performance targets

We are recruiting a Head of IT Service Management for our client in Milton Keynes on a 6-month initial contract. This is a critical ITIL-focused ITSM role offering a rate of £600 per day, inside IR35, with a working pattern of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. The position is SC cleared, and active SC is not required to be considered, though it is desirable to support faster onboarding.
