Job Description
The role of Associate Technical Delivery Manager – Data (ATDM) is a key position within our Data Services & Reporting (DS&R) function, offering an opportunity to influence data initiatives across the organization.
As ATDM, you will manage delivery of DS&R projects, engage with stakeholders, scope requirements, drive scrum ceremonies, and coach the team on project management fundamentals.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Project manage the delivery of assigned DS&R projects, coordinating resources, assessing risks, and engaging stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Facilitate disciplined sprint ceremonies, embedding best practice for backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand‑up, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with the Senior Technical Delivery Manager and DS&R leaders to evaluate and improve the systems used to manage and report on end‑to‑end project delivery.
- Coach team members to sharpen delivery focus and project management skills.
- Coordinate delivery of the DS&R project roadmap using an agile (Scrum) framework.
