As a ServiceNow Technical Lead/Architect you

  • Understand business challenges and architect system solutions with ServiceNow.
  • Work with global clients across industries in a trusted advisor capacity to design and deliver new solutions.
  • Provide leadership and technical design authority oversight on critical ServiceNow programmes at Fortune 500 clients.
  • Influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors and stakeholders in solving governance, programme/project management, business process and technical problems.
  • Be a continuous learner, undertake new certifications such as Certified Master Architect, and stay up to date on new ServiceNow applications.
  • Seek out information about new ServiceNow applications and stay current on the latest offerings.
  • Have access to the ServiceNow Business Group’s robust training and certification opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to provide additional value to clients and work internally with the ServiceNow account teams to progress.
  • Drive continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
  • Manage and lead teams of ServiceNow Developers in a technical management and mentorship capacity.
  • Be process-oriented and prefer order over chaos.
  • Ask for help from peers and subject‑matter experts when needed.
  • Have a strong background working with Enterprise Software companies and/or consulting companies.

Skills

  • Knowledge and experience working with ServiceNow in development and technical architecture capacity.
  • Experience leading teams of ServiceNow Developers as a technical manager and mentor, implementing quality standards such as code and architectural reviews.
  • Minimum 5 + ServiceNow CIS certifications.
  • Experience with three product lines outside of ITSM (e.g., ITOM, ITAM, HAM/SAM, SPM, HR, CSM, etc.).
  • Advanced scripting and integration skills – JavaScript, SQL, API Web Services.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Security clearance is desirable, or the ability to obtain SC clearance is required.
