Head of Care & Team Leadership (Elderly Residential)

Autumn House Care is seeking a dynamic Head of Care to lead in our care home located in Sandown, Isle of Wight. The role requires strong leadership skills to manage and support care staff while ensuring the highest standards of resident care.

With a focus on quality service delivery and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams, the ideal candidate will have previous experience in elderly residential settings and a minimum of Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
