We’re looking for an experienced Head of Technical Services to lead our Technical Services function across ARDEX and Building Adhesives.

This is a senior leadership role focused on driving technical strategy, developing a high-performing team, supporting customers and internal stakeholders, and ensuring technical excellence across the busines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Technical Services team
• Drive technical strategy and continuous improvem
• Act as the senior technical expert for complex issues and specifications
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Customer Servi
• Support product launches, compliance and customer confide
