Legal Counsel – Cardiff

TSR Legal are currently partnering with a dynamic in‑house legal team, who are looking to recruit a Legal Counsel. This is a unique chance to work as part of a fantastic team, covering a broad range of commercial matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
• Providing timely and practical legal advice to internal stakeholders across commercial, operational, and executive teams
• Supporting contract lifecycle management and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and legal standards
• Advising on intellectual property matters, brand protection, and digital rights
• Assisting with the legal aspects of marketing and advertising campaigns, including compliance with consumer and competition law
• Managing relationships with external counsel when required
• Keeping up to date with relevant legislation, industry trends, and best practices to ensure proactive legal risk management
• Supporting strategic projects and initiatives across the organisation

Skills and Experience

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 4+ years PQE, with commercial contract experience
• Strong experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
• Ideally, experience working within or advising clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
• A pragmatic and solutions‑focused approach to legal advice
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
