Engineering Lead – ESTAR (Intraday Risk Management & Scenario Analysis)
We’re seeking an experienced Engineering Lead to drive the development of next-generation applications for intraday risk management and scenario analysis across the global Equity trading business.
What you will do
- Maintain constant communication with stakeholders to shape the product’s future direction.
- Contribute directly to product development.
- Manage the team’s delivery.
- Coordinate with the Equity Risk Systems department and renovation projects to ensure the platform goals are met.
What you will bring
- Foster productive relationships with a global trading desk.
- Lead the team through engineering challenges.
- Understand equity derivatives trading business.
- Understand dynamics of enterprise systems.
- Deal with complicated and conflicting requirements, scheduling and reconciling them.
- Experience in large-scale distributed systems development on modern infrastructure platforms such as containers and cloud orchestration solutions.
- Experience with using AI for code generation (e.g., Claude or AMP) is advantageous.
