About the role

As our Registered Branch Manager, you will hold CQC Registration and be the operational heartbeat of our office. You will lead, support and develop a dedicated staff team, ensuring that day‑to‑day delivery remains flawlessly compliant and that the carer capacity scales hand‑in‑hand with our growing private client base. Core Performance Areas

  • Compliance & Governance Leadership: Achieve and maintain Registered Manager status with the CQC; oversee full branch compliance with CQC, ISO and legislative standards.
  • Commercial & Revenue Growth: Drive sustainable branch revenue growth and meet core business KPIs; build key relationships and present professionally to prospective new clients.
  • Workforce Capacity & Culture Management: Lead, develop and inspire office and field‑based teams; collaborate on recruitment pipelines and drive carer retention.
  • Operational Control & Efficiency: Manage daily operations to ensure a highly responsive, cost‑effective, and safe service delivery; monitor branch KPIs and performance against targets.
  • Relationship & Account Management: Nurture long‑term trust relationships with private clients, families and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance & Resolution: Manage branch‑level complaints and feedback, using them to drive continuous quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Achieve full branch compliance.
  • Drive branch revenue growth and meet business KPIs.
  • Be CQC registered for the branch by maintaining Registered Manager status.
  • Manage daily operations to ensure cost‑effective service delivery.
  • Assess branch performance against weekly and monthly targets.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO and all legislative requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage all branch‑level complaints.
  • Manage a team of Field Care Supervisors.
  • Provide reports to Senior Management as required.
  • Identify training and development needs for all branch staff.
  • Present to prospective new clients.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients.
  • Handle key account management tasks.
  • Advise on pay rate changes.
  • Ensure effective placement of staff to meet client needs.
  • Process weekly timesheets via the Rostering system.
  • Occasionally support day‑to‑day responsibilities of the team.
  • Champion internal customer service and perform any other reasonable tasks as directed by management.

Hours

Full‑time hours, Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm with flexibility to suit business needs (plus on‑call expectations).
