Warehouse Manager

Purpose of Role

Due to continued expansion and growth and internal promotion our client is recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Manager who has experience or working within a fast‑paced manufacturing and distribution environment. You will have experience of working within the FMCG sector or other fast‑paced manufacturing environments.

Job Description

• Overseeing 70 / 80 staff across early and late shift
• Making sure that stocking levels are fully replenished at all times
• Working alongside the team during busy times to keep up with demand
• Conducting 1‑2‑1’s with operatives
• Making sure Health & Safety is being adhered to at all times
• Keeping all staff up to date with training and certification
• Working with senior Manager to look at ways to improve the Warehouse and Goods in

Experience Required

• Ideally you will have the knowledge of and be able to use some or all of the following
  • VNA
  • Combi Lift
  • Reach Truck
  • Counter Balance
  • LLOP
  • PPT
  • L12
  • P20 Tow Tractor
• Experience of managing large numbers of operatives
• Be able to motivate staff
• Experience of working in a busy Good In Warehouse
