Are you a passionate and experienced education leader committed to transforming outcomes for young people with SEND?

Pinc College is seeking a strategic and inspiring Head of Programmes to lead our Post-16 provision across multiple campuses. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving high-quality, inclusive education, ensuring exceptional student experiences, and delivering strong outcomes aligned with EHCP aspirations and progression pathways.

Key responsibilities

  • Leading and developing our Engage, Creative Enterprise, and Supported Internship programmes
  • Driving curriculum quality, teaching excellence, and Ofsted readiness
  • Overseeing safeguarding, SEND provision, and EHCP coordination
  • Leading and developing multidisciplinary teams across multiple campuses
  • Building employer, cultural, and industry partnerships to create meaningful opportunities for students
  • Ensuring compliance with DfE funding requirements, SEND legislation, and quality assurance frameworks

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in Post-16 education and SEND provision
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Knowledge of EHCP processes, Ofsted frameworks, and DfE Study Programmes
  • A commitment to inclusive practice, student-centred learning, and continuous improvement
