About the Role

We are actively seeking experienced Finance Business Partners to join our network for short-term and interim assignments with leading businesses in the local area. These roles are ideal for commercially minded finance professionals who can provide strategic insight, influence decision-making, and drive performance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Partner with operational teams to provide financial insight and support
• Deliver accurate budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Prepare and present financial reports with actionable recommendations
• Support strategic planning and business performance reviews
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Act as a key liaison between finance and non-finance stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar role
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Sage, or similar)
• Part-qualified or fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or qualified by experience
