What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play an important role within a well-established and growing property litigation team, working on a broad mix of complex and high-quality contentious real estate matters.

Handling a varied caseload including landlord and tenant disputes, break notices, dilapidations, forfeiture, lease renewals and portfolio management work.

Advising on development-related issues such as rights of light, restrictive covenants, easements, adverse possession and boundary disputes.

Working closely with a nationally recognised partner on telecoms and Electronic Communications Code matters, with the opportunity to build niche expertise.

Acting for a sophisticated client base including major retailers, institutional landlords, developers, public bodies and large occupiers.

Collaborating with transactional real estate, insolvency, planning and construction colleagues to provide joined‑up commercial advice.

Managing your own matters while also contributing to wider team strategy, client relationships and business development activity.

About You

You’ll bring strong technical grounding and commercial awareness in property litigation. NQ+ PQE in commercial property litigation.

Experience across landlord and tenant matters and general real estate disputes (training will be provided for the right candidate).

Exposure to telecoms or Code work is beneficial but not essential.

Confidence managing your own caseload and communicating clearly with clients.

Strong interest in working on a diverse range of disputes and developing specialist expertise.
