Senior/Principal Mechanical Design Engineer

Qualifications
- Degree‑qualified Mechanical Engineer with significant experience in complex products across the life cycle.
- Expertise in full product lifecycles, from concept to production, ideally with electro‑mechanical systems.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
- Experience mentoring others and shaping engineering best practice across a team.
- Ability to make confident engineering decisions, balancing risk, speed, and quality.
- Comfortable collaborating with electronics, software, and systems engineers to deliver integrated solutions.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines and budgets.
- Relocation will be supported; the position is site based.
