A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Pre-Construction Design Manager to join a highly successful and growing construction business, supporting the continued expansion of their Industrial and Logistics division.

The successful candidate will play a key role throughout the pre-construction phase, managing design processes, supporting tenders, coordinating technical solutions, and working closely with internal teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients to deliver efficient, buildable solutions.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong experience within industrial and logistics construction
- A proven background delivering industrial sheds / warehouse projects
- Experience across groundworks, civils, steel frame structures, and cladding systems
- A strong understanding of buildability, design coordination, and construction methodologies
- Experience managing design information through the pre-construction process
- The ability to work collaboratively with commercial, operational, and technical teams
