This is a five-year-old hospitality design studio that runs strategy, branding, digital and interiors under one roof, working everywhere from a first restaurant to global hotel groups. With no buffer between you and the founder, you’ll sit unusually close to how the business is run – and to the decisions about how it grows next.
The Role
You’ll own end-to-end delivery across the studio’s client base, from brief through launch. That means owning timelines, milestones and commercial viability, and being the day‑to‑day contact the founder can put in front of major global hospitality brands without hesitation.
You’ll coordinate across a 22‑person team who are working across strategy, branding, digital and interior design and spread across three cities. Because the studio handles all four disciplines itself, your job is to tie the whole thing together.
The seat is built to grow. The founder’s stated intention is to delegate broader studio management – scheduling, resource planning, project viability – to whoever proves themselves in it. There’s also openness to people moving into strategy, commercial or business development over time.

The Person
You’ve spent three or four years in a creative or design agency running projects end‑to‑end, responsible across timelines, multidisciplinary teams and commercial accountability. You carry the client maturity to hold senior relationships independently, and you’re at the point of stepping up from delivery into operational weight. Hospitality experience helps but isn’t required; agency rigour is what we’re after.
