Demand Planner

We’re looking for a Demand Planner to develop accurate forecasts and support planning across a fast‑paced FMCG environment.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain short‑, mid‑ and long‑term forecasts
• Use SAP APO to generate and optimise demand plans
• Analyse demand trends and identify risks and opportunities
• Support S&OP processes and align forecasts with business plans
• Partner with Commercial teams on promotions, NPD and customer demand
• Track and report on forecast accuracy and key KPIs
• Drive continuous improvements in planning and reporting processes

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in demand planning (FMCG desirable)
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capability
• Experience with SAP APO (or similar planning tools)
• Ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insight
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proactive, organised and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
