Our client, a well-established, privately owned, £50m turnover, main contracting business, seeks to hire an experienced Contracts Manager to work based from their East London head offices.
Overview
Working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, you will be overseeing a number of projects across London and the Home Counties, covering the Housing, Education, Health, Commercial and Public sectors, undertaking a wide range of new-build and refurbishment projects, up to circa £10m each in value.
Responsibilities
- Managing Site Managers
- Overseeing Sub-Contractors practices
- Resolving issues with Sub-contractors or suppliers
- Planning & Programming
- Liaison with Commercial team
Candidate Requirements
They are open to candidates who are either already established at this level (5+ years) or Site / Projects Managers who are looking to take the next step.
