AI Engineer (Claude/Azure)

We’re looking for an AI Lead to drive our cloud platform strategy, DevOps capabilities, infrastructure automation, and AI-enabled engineering practices.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you’ll design and evolve enterprise-scale Azure platforms, lead modern CI/CD initiatives, champion Infrastructure as Code, and help engineering teams leverage AI tools such as Claude, Azure AI, and GitHub Copilot to improve productivity and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and operation of secure, scalable Azure platforms.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code using Pulumi (preferred) and Terraform.
• Build and optimise Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and automation solutions.
• Develop cloud automation using Python.
• Champion AI‑assisted engineering and establish best practises for AI adoption.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across platform and cloud initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Azure DevOps and YAML pipeline experience.
• Infrastructure as Code expertise (Pulumi and/or Terraform).
• 10+ years’ experience in Cloud, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Software Engineering.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Azure AI, or similar is highly desirable.
