Full Stack Engineer

The role

You will work closely with the Head of Engineering or Head of AI. You should be comfortable across the full stack – AI, backend, and frontend – and move between them as the product demands. The team is small, so versatility matters more than specialization at this time.

What We’re Looking For

• You’ve built something outside of class or work – a side project, a hackathon win, or anything you’re genuinely proud of and can walk us through.
• You are a full‑stack developer with a preference for backend, but you also have a working knowledge of frontend.
• You prefer figuring things out on your own rather than waiting to be told how.
• Graduated with honours or possess an equivalent signal of academic excellence.
• You are curious, sharp, and energized by hard problems rather than comfortable ones.
• You have a low ego and are here to build, not to be seen building.

Compensation

• Salary: competitive, benchmarked to the role and your experience. We can discuss specifics early in the process.
