IT Support Engineer: 1st/2nd Line, Manchester | M365 & AD

VIQU IT is seeking an IT Support Engineer in Manchester for a 3-month contract. The role involves managing daily support tasks while providing 1st and 2nd line assistance to end users.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting issues related to M365 and Active Directory. The position requires an understanding of Windows 10/11 and strong communication skills for effective user support.

This role is on-site and the candidate must be commutable to Manchester 5 days a week.
