Requirements

• Proven IT Project Management experience delivering Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 1⋯00% Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Identity, and Endpoint technologies.
• Excellent communication, planning, and risk management skills.
• Local Government or Public Sector experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Provide governance reporting to senior boards and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with organisational governance, architecture standards, and Microsoft 365 best practices.
• Support user adoption, change management, and transition into service.
• Manage escalations and provide recommendations to resolve complex delivery issues.
