Responsibilities
- Supporting Project Managers in the delivery of IT and digital projects.
- Coordinating activity across teams to ensure work is aligned and on track.
- Ensuring governance standards, processes and controls are consistently applied.
- Identifying and flagging gaps in governance, reporting or project controls.
- Monitoring adherence to agreed standards across the delivery function.
- Maintaining project and PMO artefacts, including plans, RAID logs and reporting.
- Coordinating meetings and governance forums, capturing actions and following up to completion.
- Ensuring actions are tracked and completed on time.
- Supporting planning, resource tracking and financial tracking where required.
- Supporting readiness for key phases such as testing and go-live.
Requirements
- Experience supporting IT or digital projects in a coordination or PMO role.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities across projects.
- Experience working with stakeholders across business and IT.
- Clear and effective communication.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate, structured information.
- Confidence to challenge and follow up where standards are not met.
Location
Leeds with the ability to travel across different sites.
