Milk Education is recruiting an Aspiring Behaviour, Pastoral, or Cover Specialist to support a large and diverse secondary school in Bradford. This is a cover‑first role, where your primary responsibility will be ensuring lessons continue smoothly during teacher absence. Behaviour management and pastoral support experience will be highly valued and will help you make an even greater impact within the school community.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from individuals with experience in roles where leadership, resilience, and professionalism are essential, including:

  • Sports Coaching or Team Leadership
  • Behaviour Support or Mentoring Roles

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supervising classes and delivering pre‑prepared lessons when teachers are absent
  • Maintaining a focused and productive learning environment
  • Applying effective behaviour management strategies to support student engagement
  • Providing pastoral support and guidance where required
  • Acting as a positive role model and promoting high standards across the school
