We’re delighted to be partnering with a beautiful, boutique West London interior design studio to find a Senior Interior Architect / Designer to join their team. This is a key role within a fast-paced, design-led studio entering an exciting period of growth. Known for its beautiful residential and hospitality projects, the practice takes a holistic approach to design, balancing creativity with technical excellence.

Working closely alongside the Design Director, they are seeking a highly capable, execution-led designer who can confidently lead projects from concept through to completion. This is a hands‑on role requiring someone who enjoys managing teams, building client relationships, coordinating consultants and contractors, and overseeing projects on site to ensure exceptional delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high‑end residential and hospitality projects from concept through to completion, procurement and installation
  • Work closely with the Design Director to develop and deliver creative design solutions
  • Produce and oversee concept presentations, technical packages, specifications and schedules
  • Manage project programmes, budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard
  • Lead client communication and coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers and specialist makers
  • Oversee FF&E design, sourcing and specification, including contemporary and vintage pieces
  • Attend site regularly to ensure design intent is realised throughout construction
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, supporting project delivery across all phases

Requirements

  • 6+ years’ experience in interior design or interior architecture
  • Proven experience leading high‑end residential projects from inception through to completion
  • Strong technical expertise and experience producing detailed drawing and construction packages
  • Excellent understanding of project delivery, site coordination and construction processes
  • Strong FF&E knowledge, including sourcing, specification and procurement
  • Previous experience managing small teams
  • Confident client‑facing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
  • Highly organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
