We are a nationwide charity providing support and care to older people in the vibrant Borough of Bromley.
Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate a stimulating and relevant range of activities for clients.
- Work collaboratively to ensure activities meet clients’ goals, improve wellbeing and enhance social inclusion.
- Provide guidance and support to clients during activity sessions.
- Plan and organise sessions to meet clients’ needs.
- Work with independent initiative and enjoy working in a team environment.
- Assess flexibility to work on some evenings and weekends.
Qualifications & skills
- Proactive, creative, patient and warm disposition.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in team.
- Knowledge of the local community in Bromley is advantageous.
Employment details
- Based across our services in Bromley.
- Working hours: 3 days a week, generally within 9am‑5pm Monday to Friday.
- Flexibility required on some evenings and weekends.
