Our client is a well‑known independent firm of Chartered Surveyors / Residential Surveyors with strong and encouraging levels of workflow. Due to continued growth, they are urgently recruiting for the following locations and geographical patches.
Their business model is based on private instructions, predominantly undertaking Level 2 Homebuyer Reports and Level 3 Building Surveys (non‑lender work).
Those who have recently qualified, or are soon to qualify as AssocRICS via SAVA or other routes, are encouraged to apply.

The Person & Role
- MRICS or AssocRICS
- VRS Registered (or eligible for VRS registration)
- Experience carrying out Level 2 Homebuyer Reports and Level 3 Building Surveys

Salary & Benefits
London Vacancies
Basic salaries in the region of £58,000 – £68,000 (depending on experience), plus car allowance, pension, healthcare and bonus scheme.
Regional Vacancies
Basic salaries in the region of £55,000 – £63,000 (depending on experience), plus car allowance, pension, healthcare and bonus scheme.
