Fulfilment Process Analyst
Location: Cambridge or London, hybrid.

Overview
The Fulfilment Process Analyst supports continuous improvement, governance, and operational excellence across the end‑to‑end fulfilment processes. The role ensures process efficiency, high‑quality execution, consistent documentation, and effective stakeholder engagement to support smooth business‑as‑usual (BAU) operations and strategic transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Improvement Execution
- BAU Change Requests (CRs)
- Change Management Process Documentation Update
- Engagement with the Training Team
- Analysis and problem solving
Essential Requirements
- Experience with change management, process governance, or continuous improvement programs is an advantage.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Comfortable operating in fast‑paced environments with multiple priorities.
Desired Skills
- Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar).
- Experience working with Salesforce development teams.
- Strong understanding of fulfilment, order‑to‑invoice, or operational process management within an enterprise software business.
