Graduate Recruitment Consultant
This Executive Search firm is now hiring 2 new recruitment consultants who will receive full on‑the‑job training and develop within our market‑leading Graduate Scheme. They have experienced year‑on‑year growth since 2006 and have received multiple Recruiter Awards. Based in Canary Wharf, the role will give employees access to top‑tier candidates already based within the financial hub of London. This is an outbound, phone‑based role.
The Role
- Sourcing candidates through various methods
- Conducting face‑to‑face interviews and phone screening of candidates
- Growing your own client list and building a business within a business
- Liaising with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process

- £20 000‑24 000 base salary and first‑year OTE £42 000

Qualifications
Successful candidates will have:
- Excellent academic record (degree 2.1 or above from any university)
- Great personality with strong communication skills, both over the phone and face‑to‑face
- Driven, self‑motivated, ambitious and money‑motivated
