Clinical Deputy Manager at Galsworthy House, Kingston Upon Thames. 37.5 hours per week, £61,000 per annum. 72‑bedded residential nursing and specialist dementia care. CQC rating Good. Rated 9.6 on Carehome.co.uk.

Responsibilities

• Support and deputise for the Home Manager.
• Provide inspiring leadership to nursing and care staff.
• Deliver high‑quality clinical and pastoral care.
• Act as the home nurse expert, combining nursing skills with managerial and leadership duties.
• Focus on residents with complex needs, conforming to the latest guidelines.
• Make far‑reaching decisions and maintain the highest levels of clinical governance.
• Regularly audit practices and procedures.
• Develop care plans and assessments, conduct walk‑rounds, and provide personalised, centred care for all residents.

Who you are

• NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD).
• Well versed in care planning processes and familiar with clinical assessment tools.
• Experience developing leadership skills and clinical knowledge.
• Ability to build close relationships with residents and their families.
• Determined to drive continuous improvement.
