Community Palliative Care Specialist – Nurse or Paramedic

Isabel Hospice in Welwyn Garden City is seeking a Clinical Specialist/Clinical Paramedic Specialist to provide high-quality, individualised care to patients requiring end-of-life support. You will work within a multi-professional team and manage your own caseload in both the community and hospice settings.

The ideal candidate will be a Level 1 registered Nurse or Paramedic with significant experience, particularly in palliative care. Flexible working hours include a 30-hour week with weekends on a rota basis.
