Job Description

• Provide day‑to‑day technical and functional support for the SYSPRO ERP environment across all business areas.
• Act as a key point of contact for users, resolving incidents, troubleshooting issues, and managing service requests.
• Support ERP optimisation, system improvements, configuration changes, testing, and deployment activities.
• Support SYSPRO integrations with internal systems, third‑party applications, and business platforms.
• Support SQL queries, reporting requirements, dashboards, and data extraction activities.

Experience / Skills / Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting ERP/MRP environments (Syspro is advantageous).
• Strong understanding of ERP processes including manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, procurement, finance, and sales order processing.
• Experience troubleshooting ERP issues and supporting business users.
