Contracts Manager – Residential / Timber Frame Construction

The successful candidate will have the following key attributes:

• A proven track record in the construction industry with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience.
• A good knowledge of construction details and methods relating to bespoke house building projects, preferably with knowledge of timber frame construction. Knowledge of oak framing would be beneficial.
• Approachable, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to form good working relationships with customers, subcontractors and other employees is essential.
• An eye for detail and quality, and a desire to achieve an exceptional end product.
• SMSTS qualification, or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good computer literacy and paperwork management skills.
• A full driving license.
• Full references to be provided should the candidate be asked to attend an interview. Follow up project visits may also be required.

Salary and package subject to negotiation.
