About the Role

Based in our lively London office, this role involves working as an intermediate‑level electrical engineer in one of our multi‑disciplinary MEP engineering groups, to design and deliver electrical services on projects across a range of sectors with duties covering all aspects from RIBA stage 0 to 7. Our aim is to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions that really work for our clients and are beautifully integrated with the architecture and structure. We expect our Electrical Engineers to build on their initial professional development, supplementing existing knowledge with new learning to deliver electrical designs on projects.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver electrical services for projects across sectors, covering all stages from RIBA 0 to 7.
  • Carry out site monitoring and participate in client and design team meetings.
  • Contribute to the training and support of graduate engineers.
  • Work under the guidance of Senior or Principal Engineers who oversee project work.
  • Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary MEP engineering groups to integrate electrical design with architecture and structure.

About You

  • Graduated through a UK‑based MEP consultancy graduate programme, gaining wide experience in electrical design.
  • Possess a strong understanding of electrical engineering in buildings and are comfortable discussing design principles with peers, clients, and collaborators.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work well under pressure and independently generate and develop ideas for new or unfamiliar technical issues.
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills, both internally and externally.
  • Holding a relevant degree qualification and working towards, or ready to apply for, chartered status.
  • Experience with digital design tools such as BlueBeam, Revit, and ProDesign.
