What You’ll Be Doing

• Building relationships – Connect with schools and educators, understand their needs, and match the right people to the right opportunities.
• Growing your network – Develop a strong candidate pipeline and expand your client base with expert guidance and support.
• Becoming a trusted advisor – Engage with school decision‑makers and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
• Keeping up with education trends – Stay informed on what’s happening in the sector to provide market‑leading insights.
• Hitting (and exceeding) targets – Drive your own success in a performance‑led role where results are rewarded.
