Yes NoShare this role## Your role at SignatureAs Hospitality Supervisor you will be supporting the Hospitality Manager to oversee a variety of non-clinical operations within the home, including Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Activities/Events to ensure every aspect of daily living is supported with dignity, joy, and individual attention.This will involve:* Managing the planning and delivery of hospitality and wellbeing services across the home* Leading, coordinating, and allocating team members to ensure seamless delivery across catering, cleaning, and resident engagement* Enhancing the dining experience by participating in food service and ensuring a high standard of presentation and service* Maintaining robust housekeeping standards for cleanliness and comfort* Planning and supporting activities that encourage creativity, movement, and social engagement* Advocating for resident choice and independence in everything you doResponsibilities will vary on each shift depending on which department you are supporting.## What Signature Offer* From £15.10 per hour* Shift times: 09:00-17:30. Alternate weekends required*.*There may be some occasions where you will finish later depending on events taking place at the home.
