Description
- Managing a caseload of employment law claims including unfair dismissal and discrimination
- Providing legal advice and representation to union members
- Preparing cases for tribunal and supporting litigation strategy
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external parties to progress cases efficiently
- Delivering clear, practical guidance on employment law issues
Profile
- A lawyer with 2+ years PQE in employment law
- Experienced in handling tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal and discrimination
- Strong in client-facing advisory work with excellent communication skills
- Able to manage a varied caseload independently
- Passionate about employee rights and advocacy
- Based near Salford to attend court and office
