O’Neill & Brennan is seeking a Freelance Site Manager for holiday cover on a residential development in Barnstaple. The role requires day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety and quality standards.

Applicants must have proven experience in residential housebuilding, valid health and safety qualifications, and strong communication skills. The contract is for 2 weeks starting Thursday 2nd July with a competitive day rate based on experience.
