The Package:

• Basic Salary £18,000 – £22,000 per year
• Pension
• 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays & Birthday

Duties:

• 360 Freight & Logistics Recruitment desk, with an openness to pass over warm leads and live roles.
• Posting and writing job adverts.
• Selling the company to prospective clients while building relationships.
• Always providing an excellent service to both clients and candidates.
• Visiting clients.
• Interviewing candidates.

The Person:

• Ideally someone with previous recruitment experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping, and/or Supply Chain sectors.
• Confident, ambitious, positive, and resilient.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
