Product Manager – Global Software Company in Horsham – Hybrid – Up to £60k

Stratospherec are working with a Horsham-based global software company who are looking to expand their team with a new Product Manager.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis and to be considered for this role you must live within a commutable distance of Horsham.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a product management role, with a track record of delivering customer-valued outcomes throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Strong ability to gather, synthesise and act on qualitative and quantitative customer insight — from interviews, surveys, support data and usage analytics.
  • Experience working directly with customers, prospects or partners, including in commercial or pre-sales settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and articulate product strategy and positioning to both internal teams and external audiences.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success functions to align product and go-to-market activity.
  • Skilled at working effectively across cross-functional teams in a matrix organisation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to executive and customer audiences.
  • A problem-solving mindset with the initiative to dig into customer challenges and drive solutions through the business.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery practices and working alongside engineering teams.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or equivalent — or commensurate professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B or enterprise software, ideally in security, law enforcement, defence or intelligence-adjacent markets.
  • Familiarity with digital forensics, OSINT, SIEM or related technologies.
  • Experience with product analytics, CRM or customer feedback platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pendo, UserVoice).
  • A formal product management qualification (e.g. Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM, or similar).
