Team Leader – Children’s Home (EBD), Trauma‑Informed Care

Brook Street Social Care in Burton upon Trent is seeking a passionate Team Leader for a therapeutic residential home supporting children aged 8-17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties. This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary of £29,000 – £32,000 per annum, including sleep-ins and enhanced shift rates.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare and experience in leading teams within Children’s Residential Homes. In return, we provide opportunities for ongoing training, career progression, and a supportive work environment.
