Responsibilities
- Develop business with new and existing clients over the telephone, arranging meetings to understand their specific needs and build successful business relationships.
- Obtain specific job descriptions to advertise vacancies to attract the best candidates.
- Negotiate terms in a professional manner.
- Sourcing candidates to match clients’ requirements.
- Interviewing candidates and preparing them for interview, ensuring they are fully briefed on job descriptions and any necessary specific instructions.
- Negotiating offers between clients and candidates to a successful conclusion.
- Building a successful portfolio of clients.
Qualifications
- Ability to sell.
- Strong negotiation and influence skills with decision makers.
- Good at building long‑standing relationships within a business environment.
- Confident and able to deal with rejection.
- Enjoy teamwork and collaboration.
