Food Product Developer & Innovation Lead

The People Co. / Develop Jobs is seeking a confident, customer-facing Product Developer located in the United Kingdom. This role involves leading the development of new products from concepts to factory implementation. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in food manufacturing, with strong skills in project management and legislation compliance.
