About the RoleMTVH are looking for a Night Concierge to provide overnight support, safety, and security within our supported housing services. This role ensures residents feel safe and supported during the night, acting as the first point of contact for any issues or emergencies. You will be responsible for monitoring the building, maintaining a calm environment, and responding to incidents, ensuring all activities are carried out in line with safeguarding and health & safety procedures.Therefore, as part of the teamYou will work independently while remaining connected to the wider Care & Support team, playing a key role in maintaining a secure and supportive environment overnight.
