We are seeking an Administrator for our client, a large auction house in Mallusk.
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 8.00am 4.30pm (30 min lunch)
Payrate:
£12.71 per hour
Duties will include but not be restricted to the following:
- Processing auction entries and asset information accurately
- Maintaining and updating internal systems and databases
- Supporting stock control and ensuring records are up to date
- Preparing documentation ahead of auctions
- Processing client payouts accurately and within required timelines
- Reconciling sales and resolving any discrepancies
- Supporting reporting and general administrative tasks
- Assisting with auction preparation when required
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Handling enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Qualifications/ Experience:
- Strong administrative experience (essential)
- Excellent attention to detail, especially when working with figures
- Confident using systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritise and manage a high-volume workload
- Good communication skills and a professional approach
- Reliable, organised, and a team play
