Due to continued growth and exciting future plans, Ladas Drive-one of Belfast’s leading suppliers of timber and building materials-is seeking a driven and ambitious Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at our Ladas Drive branch.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual ready to take the next step in their career and play a key role in the ongoing success of a well-established and respected local business.What You’ll Be Doing As Assistant Branch Manager, you’ll be at the heart of branch operations, supporting performance, people, and profitability. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Branch Manager in driving the branch forward in line with company objectives
- Achieving and exceeding sales and margin targets
- Assisting in the management and development of all departments
- Overseeing stock control to ensure availability meets customer demand
- Leading from the front in delivering outstanding customer service
- Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
