The Role:A highly technical, heavily machine-based floor role running a CNC turning cell, managing stock, offline programming, and leading/mentoring the team.

• Experience & Skills: High-level CNC lathe competency, offline programming capability, and a proven track record running a CNC cell.
• Quality Standards: Direct experience working under strict aerospace quality standards, ideally AS9100.
• Leadership: Strong team and stock management experience within a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
• Qualifications: Minimum HNC in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or fully time-served.
